To personalize your companion experience and route you to the right specialist at the right time. We do not sell your personal data. Sensitive health data is used only to deliver the services you have asked for, and is never used for advertising.
03Legal basis & consent
We process data on the basis of your consent and to perform the services you request. You can withdraw consent at any time through your account settings, after which we stop the associated processing.
04Sharing with specialists & partners
When you book a consultation, the relevant clinician receives only the information needed to help you. Partner clinics, employers, or insurers never receive individual health data without your explicit, separate consent.
05Data security
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. Mental-health screening scores are private and never visible to family members on shared accounts.
06Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. In India you may nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf, and you may raise grievances with our Data Protection Officer. EU residents have equivalent rights under the GDPR.
07Retention
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. On deletion, personal data is removed within a 30-day window, subject to any legally required retention.
