Nothing on the platform is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your qualified doctor for medical decisions. If a specialist on our platform and your treating doctor disagree, follow your treating doctor. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
03What we do not do
We do not offer or imply any ability to determine a baby’s traits, and we do not facilitate sex selection. Sex determination is prohibited under the PCPNDT Act in India and is strictly not part of this service.
04Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
05Payments & tiers
Paid tiers and add-ons are billed as described at checkout. Prices may be shown in INR or USD. Applicable taxes are added where required.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users’ data, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
07Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for outcomes that fall within the practice of medicine, which remains with your clinicians.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
